Good paint job! Who makes this figure?

I seem to remember that he was by a company called SOMOV, I bought him several years ago at Euro Militaire and filled in the little name plaque that was on the bottom when I first painted him about 12 years ago. I recently got him out and looked at the painting and thought I could do better so I stripped him back to resin and painted him again, this time with acrylics.

Not sure who I bought him from I think he would scale out to about 150 mm if he weer a full figure, what ever that is? maybe 1/12
