Karakhitai Warrior 11th Century

Karakhitai Warrior 11th Century, My version of this 1/9 scale bust made by PJ Productions Belgium. I painted it with acrylic's, printers inks and metalics. This bust was my summer project, the casting required much work and over a 3 month period I filled and filled and got the bust to where it could be painted. I like doing the extra work on a figure as I can learn a bit of sculpting and patience along the way.
Also built this 54mm diorama out of kits and parts over the summer and have it ready to prime. I will remove the figures to paint them. The Hussars pelisse and sabretache are not in the photo as well as the Dragoons sword. Sould be a fun one to paint.

Like Mark I haven't seen this piece before.Did you have to add anything or was it a question of poor parts/casting etc?

Thanks for the nice comments, Added the to the armor, the casting seam was 1/16th to 1/8 deep on each side and the resin was full of bubbles. Over time I filled and built the bust up so the seams and bubbles were filled. I thought the bust had a nice face and was and interesting subject. I have a few more busts from PJ all nice subjects but the castings do need lots of work.
