Hi everybody
this is my latest figure .The shield has the classic colour of the order while the
tunic is red.Due to the discomfort in battle the hospitaliers were allowed, in 1259, to change the classic monastic veste with a red surcoat with a white cross.
So there it is ..

Thank you very much for your comments.
To be honest i was not very happy with the photos i took.So here is few more that better reflect the real feeling of the piece.
Rocco for you i 've posted my next project under way.It is a 54 mm Romeo figure.
Luca Olivieri has a photo in his gallery of a knight from the movie Kingdom of heaven.I really like the tunic.So...i will have a go at it.
