To all in general - Unfortunately we are aware that customers have received kits with missing parts. In all instances, when customers have advised us of these missing pieces, Knight Models have always sent us the required parts to pass on to relevant customers. This is not an ideal situation.

Micky - do ask Knight Models for the missing parts. Take photos and circle the missing pieces on the boxart so you make sure you receive the correct parts.

@Artur : No, there was no printed card to either Legolas or Aragorn.
@Elgreco : As I have said I really like their products and want to continue to support KnightModels. Perhaps retailers that provide their merchandise can communicate this issue in ways single customers can not. Let's hope it gets better, before it gets worse.
 
And by the way, wouldn't it be nice if someone associated to Knightmodels would post an explanation as to why all this? As I said, c'mon Knightmodels, we are fans, throw as a bone! ;-P
 
That would suck having to that long for figures that you paid for.
I normally buy these from figure shows so I can open them up and have a look inside to make sure all the parts are there
