When i see this, i consider it seriously to give up painting figures.
This is not from this planet (i mean third rock from the sun).
This is extraterrestrial.

I believe, that no human could paint this:eek:
brutal,brutal,brutal....... genial miniature painting.

but one thing, the face is very pale, concentrate on the face, because the face is always a central point of every figure, it gives a life into it.

my biggest compliments for that ornaments

The artistry displayed on the textiles is EXTREMELY well done.

But, honestly, am I the only one who feels that the face, armour and base have not received the same standard of attention to detail?

Spike.

I'm so so impressed!
the detail is totally amazing
I don't know how long it would take me to get something like that right
thumbs up to this

Spike I have to agree. DON'T get me wrong, the patterning on this thing is absolutely off the charts! But it seems to me the rest of the figure is somewhat forgotten. The dapple on the horse is nice, the tail has little or no shading. The face does look a bit like it could use more contrasts, the armor looks rushed (where there's no patterning of course), and you're right, the base looks like he ran out of steam with the project. AGAIN, I don't have any quams whatsoever with this being some absolutely fantastic patern painting for sure! I just think it tends to be a bit "smoke and mirrors". Just M2C worth. Let the chastising begin! Thanks for sharing!

What a paintjob! I have to agree everyone, including Spike and Jay. You are writing, that you are taking pre orders, do you mean painted or unpainted version?

Thanks
Denes

This sculpture isn't ours so we take orders on painting. (Any motive you want is possible). We can try to get the unpainted sculpture for you if you really need it.

Painting takes 3 weeks.
