thank you Gary ... i'm trying to keep on the path to oil lamps lighting, til now i'm rather happy ... but my biggest fear is around the corner : working those lights on the skin

Sounds like a great excuse to watch some Egyptian styled movies like The Mummy and The Mummy Returns for research , they do have some stunning ladies lit by oil lamp in them.

hi guys it's been a good week-end, quality times in family and ... fun with paint
Saturday i painted the metallics and today ... i wanted to have fun with old Armoured Modelling technics : sponge ... etc
so i worked the column ... old school AFV modelling way

Hey Franck - I think that light effect works OK. On first view I thought it was an external light source. Quality work on the other bits too!
