I have the English print edition. I didn't even know this hobby existing before that. I found the book advertised on a site I buy war game minis from.

My security software has flashed up a message to say this site is not encrypted and therefore your Passwords and Mailing addresses are able to be read by 3rd parties..........I will be using a second mailing address and an irregular password to overcome this.

Hi Claude,
www.labottegadelcartacci.it is not an e-commerce site and there is no need of https: user and password are used like on this forum, only for login purpose. We do not share user data with anyone.

My work in real life is in a bank and I'm an Enterprise Architech and I've worked also as a Security Evangelist in a Telco company. I have installed several security mechanism on the site in order to avoid the most common cyber attacks (and also some uncommon , like DOS, XSS, SQL Injection and so on.

The authorization mechanism is not automatic but manual (I check every subscription request in order to avoid or minimize spam software). If you do not receive you subscription receipt email feel free to write to me.

ps: I always test the site with several browsers, from PC and tablets, and never got a message like the one you described. Could you tell me browser type and version?
