Great start Geuff. I painted this one myself some time ago; my first attempt at painting a female face. Fun to do. I'll be following with great interest.

Recently picked up this bust so will be following with interest! Nice start to the face!

I just put this bust together. I'll be watching also.

Thanks Guys, I meant to buy it over a year ago but never did, but very pleased with it.

Yes the female face was interesting to paint also for the first time, but I think I managed to get it looking perhaps a bit too glam.

I will get Nap to post pics for me as I am still having problems.

Cheers

I had a thought that my older camera had no problems so I charged it up and "HURRAY" it's worked.

So here are pics of the finished bust and dead pleased I am with it.

Thanks Nap, I was slow this time, last posting was Friday and I have had 6-7 painting sessions since then.

You have answered your own question again, yes they are hairbands, three in total.

I have this bust so interested to see how this develops; good start.

Missed the later pics; nice job. Did you research any alternative colours? I am thinking there is plenty of leeway with yellow or green!

Many thanks, no I did her as per the boxart but it never occurred to me to do her any other colour but I like that idea.

This is a good read ..image.jpeg

This Osprey book from the elite series was scheduled release in 2004 but personally never seen it available which is a shame
