I really dont't know exately - but look at the sides of his head where the ears should be:

The neck cloth seems to be a part of the cap or the head I think...

Very nice, but why 1/12 for a bust?.....I could never understand that....maybe I'm just not a purist when it comes to miniatures.....Oh well....to each his own.....
