As you can see, the base for my Norska gal is the outstanding Lagertha bust from Nutsplanet. Those Korean chaps are real nuts for sure, as no sane man can be as good in sculpting and painting. But i`m even NUTTIER than they are, and i will prove it by converting that shield maiden into CHAOS MAIDEN! It is almost a week i making out with nuts Lagertha. And i have some things to show and tell.

Originally, that what i found in the box.

Some nearly perfect casting and sculpting here! But, as i going to dress Lagertha as a norse marauder of chaos, i have to do a lot of work.
Most of my inspiration comes from classic Adrian Smith art:

Muscle-bounded men, wearing fur cloaks, fang necklaces, horned helmets (and some, uh... BDSM - looking stuff) going to kill some Empire wussies with those oversized axes and picks. But, sometimes, i guess, norse girls are up to that fun too. Surely. It`s boring to sat home, raising children and cooking protein-rich food, knowing that THE MEN having all the glory on the gaming table.
I have a lot of plastic warhammer bits from those days i was an active player. Now, all of this comes in handy. I need my Lagertha to have nude arms, big round boobs (yeagh, that`s the thing all fantasy girls have!), fur cloak, and lots of spikes, fangs, chopped-out hands of Empire guys and chaos stars all around on her equipment. Also, i have some ideas about slightly brutalizing her tiny real-history axe. Here is first shoot of my progress worth watching.

Thanks, everyone. I will post moar pics when choose a good wooden base and an iron pin for her. It is hard to shoot her "as is".

As you can see, i have added some nice butt to her. That idea was around for some long, as i wanted to sculpt the legs for Boudicca, but decided not to do this (yeagh, if i do so, then i will finish whole series in a thousand years!) Anyway, i think that THIS WAY Lagertha is just good enough.
Also, the detailed article about Tamiya putty on my Patreon on its way. See ya!

HUFFF! Looks like slowking managed to do this!
But, seriously, it is some minor, but nasty flaws and the shield design (mostly!) that make it so long. I had redone the shield for a three times. Also, the straps on cloak border were to small for my 0.8 drill, and i had to make all the iron beads from putty.
Anyway, i like how she come out. This is my most massive conversion project since "The Final Charge" http://www.puttyandpaint.com/projects/10478
Also, this is a good time to request some step-by-steps, they will be posted on my Patreon page https://www.patreon.com/user
The one that surely will be done is face-painting.
But, that`s enough with words. Let`s see some pics!
