Rebuilt the collar up a lot , added the goggles etc

Painted in Acrylics and WSO

Cheers Chris ...quite pleased with the overall effect , reading up about Hawker he apparently had a mink collar ( lighter colour in my painting ) and a wool main coat ....warm but very essential in air combat

I believe it was a balaclava so presumably wool or similar ...the casting was totally smooth so added texture with paint ...shows more in real life !

Very nice work on the fur Kevin.
I presume there must be a solid helmet under the balaclava (due to the apparent lack of indentation of the goggles strap}.
