Hiya Nap, I am using the Army Painter Quickshade Dark Acrylic washes - they are really good as they can be applied straight out of the bottle or diluted if you don't wan't such a dark affect.

What's not to love - it's a dinosaur. Personally I would rather bring the formidable large herbivores like Triceratops, Stegosaurus and Ankylosaurus back to life than those predators with rows of fangs!

They're pretty scary as models. The real sized beasts (velociraptors were not as large as depicted in JP) must have been beyond terrifying.

Looking like a museum piece, very cool!

And good to know what can be done with the dino bones my son is chipping out of those blocks!

Great update on both , he's a big lad Mr Rex ......looking no terrifying...mind you would want to be around the smaller fellow or anything ..meat eating or not !
