I was on a train from Glasgow Central to Paisley Gilmour Street one time and someone was playing this on one of them old portable cassette players.
Some folk weren't too chuffed and threatened to pull the communication chord.

Wow, Harry...such a cheerfull melody and such violent behaviour.
Here's one of the best compositions with train in the title. Of course Pat is Gog (God on Guitar). Take your time to sit out the tune.
That will get you sobbing !!

P.s., love rock , played in bands for 20 years but any fusionfans here......?
Been to Metheny, Yellow Jackets, Ritenour, Chuck Loeb, Fourplay concerts and I'm going to Mezzoforte in November.

And....as for Rutger.....well, nice actor...he got famous when TV was still black-and-white and when showing your d*** om the white screen was "new, functional and refreshing". Guess he was good but not my favourite. For me Clint is the best so....how about a Clint topic LOL. Make my day, guys!!!

Sorry .....The man said "Trains"...….Not boats...Not planes....or anything else that musically suits your fancy. To deviate otherwise you risk permanent exile from PF and be destined to listen to "Winchester Cathedral" for the rest of your days...…"Oh bodey oh doe"...…..But I can flip the dials also and like a little Ozzy " Over the mountain".
I really am sorry about that,,looks like I need a bit of re-training.

"Well, I'm off to listen to the Fab Four and their solo stuff, Clapton, Cocker, The Animals, The Who, Zep, Purple, Sabbath, Tull, Uriah Heap, Shocking Blue, Stones, Small Faces, Rory Gallagher, and some classic soul....again."

Excellent choices, Harry (y)

"And....as for Rutger.....well, nice actor... Guess he was good but not my favourite."

Didn't say he was my favorite (guess I have not just a favorite one), but that final scene from Blade Runner is IMO one of the very best moments in the entire history of cinema. For me, and many millions of others worldwide. That scene alone, IMO granted him a place among the best stars (those from here, and those we see in the night sky ;) ) .

Don't know about him on b&w TV. When TV was b&w where I lived back then there was no TV at all, it simply didn't exist. Which, looking back, was most certainly a good thing ;)

"For me Clint is the best"

I also consider Clint Eastwood one of my favorite actors, one among the best. I just can't name no one as the single best, as I don't think anyone, in whatever area, is the best. I do have favorites in many different areas, but the way I see it, that's always a personal preference.

Cheers!

Dolf
