Please see the latest release from Bonaparte Military Models. This is an Officer 3rd Regiment Swiss Grenadier Guards 1812 Bust. This was sculpted by Richard Bailey and is 220mm scale. This is cast from resin and available now from:

A good strong release from Bonapartes , Richards sculpting style works well , the flag detail is nice , like the clothing he wears ..possibly " obtained" from a dead Horse Grenadier officer , kettle is a good touch

Is there a eagle on the pole ?

If I may from pics the pole looks a little thin ..but saying that this will paint up really well
