Hello everyone. I took these pics today to show the progress on this one since my last post. The gloves and boots are only undercoated, everything else is pretty much done. As you may guess from the undercoat, I've decided to go with black boots for this guy instead of the usual green I've seen on most painted versions of this figure (including the box art). This is an awesome figure and has been a real pleasure to paint. Hope you enjoy - any comments/critiques are welcome.

Jason

Jason,

Well done my friend. Looks good so far. This was one of my favorite figures from this year. This one and their Trumpeter as well.

Are you coming to Atlanta in Feb?

Matt

Xenofon, Maurizio, Matt, Jay, Stephen and John,

Thanks for the comments! Matt - funny you should mention Atlanta. I actually will be coming to Atlanta this year (for the first time)!! I'm looking forward to it. I hope to have this guy done by around the first of the year and then hopefully I can knock out a 54mm in time for the show. See you there!!

Glad to hear you're making the trip to Atlanta. For those attending, be sure to check out Jason's first class painting work in the flesh.

See you at the show and Merry Christmas!

Matt
