Lion skin.

Could someone help me regarding the painting of this lion skin:- (http://www.historexagents.com/shop/hxproductdetail.php?ProductCode=SB20008) 200mm bust. What I would like to ask is what would be the best colurs to use when painting the lion skin? Any help would be very much appreciated. I have the full set of Andrea acrylic paints and can get my hands on Humbrol paints.

this is an awesome bust. I get it this week from my dealer.

There you find alot of info about this magnificent bust.
I'm a oilpainter so i can't help you with the acrylic. In oil i would go for raw sienna, maybe some yellow ochre, burnt umber, raw umber.
Gonna try this myself but it is sure gonna be a mix.
