Try Mitches Military Models (http://mitchesmilitarymodels.co.uk/) - there were a couple of 1/6 British Infantry figures on display (but not on the web site) at Euromilitaire.

There is this one Jimmy, not sure if it has a flash hider though from the images shown.

Also look out for action man weapons, there was a L1A1 produced which will be 1/16 scale, worth searching for Fn Fal also when looking.
