Hello all,
I am looking for an instruction assembly sheet for the Aitna Louis XV at Versailles 75 mm white metal kit.
Thanks for your help.

It is maybe not a answer on your question, but I never found any kind of instruction assemblin sheet with a figure.
I always had to do it with the boxart.
I think for this figure it is all the same. Look at the boxart, find the parts that fix together and have fun.
Sorry I couldn't help you.....but I think there isn't any sheet.

I have a hard time figuring out the parts in the picture below. The boxart or the original painting does not show where they should go.

It looks like the sword scabbard is lying on the table behind the crown and the bits of rope are curtain drawstrings. Presumably you are expected to make the curtains and column yourself or are they in the kit?
It looks like a lot of work but will look very nice.

Roger.

Hi Marc & Roger,
Thank you for your reply. There is a another piece behind the crown rather than the sword scabbard. There is no column in the kit. There are six down strings and tassels. I can only figure out two for the robe. But I still cannot figure out how to piece it together.

Hello Felix,

On the chair cushion, you can see a tassel. Presumably, there are 4 tassels for each cushion corner?
The drawstrings are to hold the robe together. I think that you are expected to fold and drape the moulded drawstring around the robe and then arrange two tassels on the robe.
Looks like a terrific model!

Hi Victor and Roger,
Thank you for your help. Victor, thank you for pointing out the chair cushion. After study the picture over and over again. I am now pretty sure the tassels are for the robes, the chair cushion and the crown cushion corners.
Thanks again!

Yes, two tassels for the robe on the right shoulder, two tassels for the throne, and two for the crown cushion. The other two corners of the crown cushion are hidden.

Marc
