Hi Guys ,

Finished this , a real pleasure to paint , based on a plate in the Osprey Book The Russian Civil War (White Armies) plate E5 .

This is the Verlinden release an oldie but a goldie IMO , I also have another version with the arm from the late great Roy Hunt , smaller in scale than this one and I am sure it will be painted up soon as well .

Last week at Southwell I saw a V hussar bust and didn't even look at the price
because it was V !

The box art always looked 'wooden' to me'
Obviously... In the right hands... Phwoar !!

Anyway I got an airfix english civil war cavalryman for a godiver there,
Inside was a load of historex stuff !
Wahay "gold for the price of silver Ha Haaaar !

Doncha just love the boxes under tables, more fun than ebay.
Got a post militaire 90mm mounted red lancer (original sealed box) for £30 at cosford.
Please don't tell anyone how good ipms shows are for bargains.
