Francis, excellent painting, really nice work on the horse and great groundwork. A very lucky collector indeed.

Francis:

Just a beautiful presentation. Such bright colors like red and green are so
difficult to deal with in miniature, as I see it. And you've done such a
beautiful job of it. Those color are vivid yes, but everything looks so natural.
Lovely photos too.

The horse is just amazing. Those highlight areas are so well done, and so
subtle. Plus I noticed, and I am sure this was on purpose, that you picked a
color for the soil and for the grasses that is in such fine color harmony with
all of the other colors, the uniform, et cetera. Just a very classy presentation.

I've only tried one equestrian figure, and in 54mm. It was one of the hardest
modeling jobs I've ever tried. All those straps to fabricate from lead foil
and then paint, et cetera. I salute you, sir. Wow. (y)(y)(y)
