This figure was really a pleasure to paint. I don’t know which brand or sculptor made this. I got this figure from a friend where it was acting as a “ shelf-king”.
But look at the face, full of character. This officer served in the Dutch marine, shortly before the French helped the Batavian party with the revolution in The seven united provinces
Painted in acrylics. Face is also painted in acrylics and finished with Citadel contrast ink. ( guiliman flesh)
