I have just taken a cab 20 miles to respond directly to this post.
mr scott , i do not know you,you have not spent a cent with myself and i personally owe you nothing, i treat your remarks with the contempt they deserve, i certainly hope you are man enough to direct your comments to my face, if you were in this country i would even come to you so that you might be able to do so.I would also like you to forward via pm your address for correspondence i will be asking advice on this and propose to have your remarks looked at by a proffesional, i believe they have some illegal content, I also believe that this board has some responsibility for them.
Now on to Anyone of importance.
Anyone who has had direct dealings with me please accept my apologies for not having done this sooner, i have had no access to emails and have had no access to the PC on which all records were stored i have basically been working from memory and have overlooked a few things. I have not been allowed access to the property in which i have been working and certain packages have been trapped there for weeks.these have now been shipped and will be with the respective purchasers soon.

The original documentation sent with the first shipment was incorrect, not my fault but that of parcelforce who supplied old style documents no longer accepted for shipment outside this country, unfortunately the customs clearence failed and the parcel was to be returned to me, this has still not happened. I was unable to contact you to keep you updated, after some time i was able to duplicate the order and along with the JAKREI order this was posted with UPS. I had assumed this must have arrived. UPS are considering a claim for loss but can not do so until I furnish them with the shipment docket which is not available to me immediately. Rest assured that if you have not received the parcel in ten days from now then a full refund will be sent to you. I am truly sorry for this but a great deal of the events surrounding this have been completely out of my control.

This is completely my fault. I had a package, packed and addressed which should have been sent weeks ago. I thought it had gone, my ex-spouse did most of the postifor me and it did not come to light until this week that a number of parcels were unsent and still at my old place of work. I have sent a duplicate package today via first class airmail i have also included some extras by way of compensation.

This again is mainly my fault and this package was also left in the care of my wife to send, unfortunately this didn`t happen but i will order a collection immediately to be sent express. I shall also refund your shipping costs.
Please accept my sincere apologies.
There may be other people who have experienced delays or non arrival and i would like to invite any of those customers to contact me via this board so that I can rectify the situation.
