Aleksandr Uljanow Dies on the Gallows!
On May 20, 1887, Aleksandr Uljanow and other participants in an attempted assassination attempt on Tsar Aleksander III. are hanged in the fortress of Shlisselburg.

But instead of devoting himself to his career, he transferred his gold medal and bought dynamite with the money.
Ulyanov had already joined the group "Narodnaja Wolja" (People's Will / People's Freedom) during his studies, which had carried out the fatal assassination attempt on Tsar Alexander II five years earlier.
