Medeina, the Lithuanian Godess of Forests

Hi everyone!

I started this project, somehow content to develop o idea with this very fine bust from La Ruota del Tempo, now very hard to find.
As usually, only by brushes and with help of some Vallejo, Scale 75 and Jo Sonja acyllics.
The Princess Nabila became Medeina, the Lithuanian Godess of the Forests and Spring, a sort of Diana, the well known Roman Godess (or Artemis in Greek Mithology).
In order to add some colour and give more atmosphere to this project, I thought by adding some dried branches as trees will be just fine. The small branches will be soften in a White Glue and water solution, then primed and painted.I will try to make some small signs of spring on them.
Here are some photos with references and what I tried to do, a sketch. I'm still trying so play with colours!

Hi everyone, some small steps more! I tried to work better the lights and create some differences, as Medeina will be more "exposed " on her left part (shoulder, cap, hair). I still need make some corrections to the face.
