This is looking really good Billy.
There is such a huge array of regiments from this period I am amazed that these are not more figures on the market.
Keep up the good work Mate,
Keith

Nice to see you Keith and I'm glad you like him (y)

I'm not too fussed about the period to be honest, if I like something I'll have a go at painting it regardless of the period (it doesn't even have to be a historical piece) but I agree that there is a lot of untapped gold out there just waiting to be released. I've still got another 3 or 4 of these V12 busts waiting in the wings and I'm also trying to learn how to make my own stuff until something better comes along.

On a side note, inspired by your latest piece (the highlander), I added Prussian Blue to my paint mountain today. My plan is to maybe replace (or use alongside) Ultramarine in the muted palette I'm trying out at the minute.

I do like the Prussian Blue for a 5 tube pallet but Indigo is a good base for navy blue. This might work well with your earthy pallet.
So many options Billy but it is very enjoyable to add another dimension to the hobby. It's great to have a like minded Mate to bounce off of, keep pressing on Buddy.
