Michael Miniatures has purchased the assets of United Empire Miniatures. The sale includes the United Empire Miniatures brand name and over 90 sculpted historical masters. The united empire historical line includes kits sculpted by such legendary sculptors as; Alan Ball, Derek Holmes,Gary Higgins, Mike Blank ,Matt Springer, Shane Terry and others. The purchase also includes some unreleased masters.
The sale did not include the fantasy masters in the United Empire line.
The United Empire historical line of miniatures will be offered through the Michael Miniatures.com web-site and through selected dealers in the u.s. And europe. All new sculpted historical kits will be added to the line in the future.

John Lea, owner of United Empire Miniatures, said, “he is pleased with the sale and happy to see that the United Empire Miniature name and historical line will continue in good hands.”

Mike Cramer, owner of Michael Miniatures, said, “John Lea, of united empire miniatures, built a strong reputation over the years with excellent kits and great service. We are very happy to aquire the line and will make every effort to continue john’s great work.”
