This really is nice. Do the flounders (or in this case, pom poms!) and the flask attache separately? If so, it wouldn't be hard to add a plastron, modify the czapka a bit, and make a Prussian lancer -- or has someone come out with such a bust already?

I tried to edit my earlier post when I discovered the unassembled figure 9n the gallery, but nothing happened. I also tried to correct my idiosyncratic spelling of tschapska!

You will be happy to know Michaelminiatures.com has an Imperial German, 2nd Garde regiment, Uhlan Major's bust in the works. The uniform for this regiment is very rare.
