I suppose you think this is funny ..Bugger what a great looking bust ...with that axe ( what's you reference that point looks lethal ) and the badges look great ....might add a medal .......


Is there a pouch as well on the belt ?

The V bust AGAIN has much conversion potential ...imagine all the Lancer Regt painted up using this as a base ..yummy

Hi Kev,
I told you, you would like it. I will put you down for six of the V Busts so you can do one of each of the six Lancer Regiments. 5th, 9th, 12th. 16th. 17th. &21st.
Axe as stated above, I could find NO ref re a farrier wearing an axe belt as well as a pouch belt it was either one or the other. which makes sense.

Found this picture of a modern HC farrier ...belt is a carry for the axe ..I woukd imagine it was similar if not the same

I used the HC pic above in the info pack I sent to Offo. along with these. Both again HC but I asked for the red cord not to be used.

Well what about Bridle and reins. or a cape or overcoat folded over the arm But that might cover the axe which would be counter productive.

Hi Nap we will do our best to please the crowd lol!!!. we have built mick a nice display stand for his range wich will be the center of the display. i tried it out at the club on Saturday and have to say it looks very good indeed, so everyone please do come along and say hello to me and mick we will also have the new release From Mookie miniatures on display. so we all lookforward to seeing you.

Yes I have to agree Palo is Fantastic with his work especially when you look at the brief I sent him. He is first Class. taking into account that the bust has been reworked into a V Bust by Tommi without changing the initial stance of the original bust.
I look forward to seeing the box art shortly.

The subject matter is very interesting and different ..not seen a farrier before

Bacon Rolls Im still waiting for mine that were allegedly sent to Malaga Airport to await collection during Bugle Call last year.

I dont think the Box art will be ready for Euro but fingers crossed. As for staying still for two days, No problem just need a couple of bottles of Super Glue
All aside Im pleased you like it, from the feed back etc we have received dare I say I am very optimistic with this one
Not long now safe trip down and remember to take a spare elasticband for the car.
