Wrapped up this a little guy from master sculptor Andrey Bleskin.
How does he look?

Added shots with his comrades - all have potential I reckon.

Now on to some more colourful Frenchmen...

That cloth texture painting of yours is brilliant, Mike - plus the well-worn leatherwork & the flesh tones, which really convey the cold of the Eastern Front. Great stuff!

Agree there Chris

Okay I officially give in ..........they all look great singularly and together even better

Love the textures ...so much Mikes recognised painting style

Nap

Outstanding as usual Mike. If only I had an eighth of your skill.
Cheers

Hi Chris
Been a long while since I’d heard from you.
Was getting worried.
Trust you, family & friends all safe away from fires danger.
Cannot imagine hell the country is going through, especially given another couple of months to go to!
Thoughts with you.

Nah... you're having us on, these can't be 1/35th scale. I couldn't do this in 120mm ;)
Fantastic painting on great sculpts (y)
PS: love the red nose on the poor sod standing guard duty :(
Thanks Neil, yep little 1/35th fellows.
Lot of fun & thought I’d have a crack arranging them together to see how’s they look.

Appreciate feedback Chris, atmosphere of Eastern Front, trying to make most of what has to be endured was what I was after.

Nap - Ta Mate!
This was an experimental setup. Loosely arranged guys to see if would work together.
Pleasantly surprised with how turned out & response.
Got to disassemble now to pack up & Send them back home to Russia.

Thanks Mike. All is well here at the moment. The fires are a catastrophe for the country, and as you say we still have at least two to three months to go.

Hoping to get across the ditch the year, and hopefully we can catch up for coffee and chat.

Keep up the good work mate. It is truly inspirational.

Regards
Chris
