Folks,
just wanted to announce the exciting news that Mike Blank will be conducting a seminar at the Long Island show on November 21st which you shouldn't miss. Mike will have his latest vignette and will discuss "Composing vignettes and dioramas. How to tell a story, create a mood and drama. How to compose using colors, levels and directions.” Admission will be $10 each. The seminar will be mid-afternoon, the actual time and room will be displayed at the show. Hope to see you all there.

Greg

Hey Greg,

You might post a link to the show's web site for the folks who haven't attended the show in the past or aren't adept at using Google to find it.

And to those who haven't attended the show, it's a really good show that's well worth the time.

I'm not jusy saying this because I live on LI and may be partial, but the LI Club does a great job with their show. Greg and company are terrific guys and work hard to host an always excellent show.
Last year I attended Mike Blanks' seminar on posing figures, etc and it was very inspiring. Mike is not only an exceptional artist but really a very nice guy.
If you can make it come on out.
Looking forward to next month.

Greg, Cory here from Company B, 57th Virginia Infantry (reenactment). We talked at our Mineola event. Regarding the walk-on at the Model Society, I am at your disposal as to when, where and with what if you are still interested.
Awaiting your reply, your humble servant. Cory

I will say hi to Kevin!!

Cory did you get my message? We would like you to do a talk on the 57th Virginia uniform at the Nov 17th Long Island meeting. Let me know if you can do that.
