Hi Carlos ,

This scene is so imotive of the period and the suffering , really like the way Ken has captured the piece , the painting is top notch (I forgive you for using oils;)) ..great light source , love the work on the shading really adds to it , the look of despair is well done...quite a big piece as well with lots of interest ...it sounds like you are really enjoying the painting............

Lets have some more mate

Perhaps Ken might branch into WW1/Zulu Wars/Medeival

David, Nap, Alex and Drybrushing thanks alot gents for your comments ! :)

A little more done on this piece, a few more hours and it should be cracked :D With Kens permission I added some snow ! What a surprise
It is a winter scene  just need to tweek the trees and snow in the distance ... complete the rifle and flesh areas ...

The image is catching some light due to the wet areas, once dry it will be dullcoted down.

I will also add some snow camo to a couple of the helmets ;)

Some winter white camo on the helmets tonight, the Titanium white in the snow is taking forever to dry. Will be about there for Teford minus a few last Tweeks I rek'.
