hello again
thanks again to you all for your kind comments on my Richard "the Lionheart"

This is my latest fig which I finished just in time for the coming Paris Montrouge show.

I really liked this fig sculted by M.Bruno - 75mm- a limited edition (Monreale 2012 show)
I was greatly inspired by the box art painted by D. Cartacci.
I tried to give the figure and the base an automnal look...
First time for me using these oil colours (essentially Mars brown and cadmium yellow deep)
hope you like it...
thanks
Marc

Nice work on the colours , nice and seasonal ....be good to see pictures that are not so dark as well ....like what has been painted on the powderhorn .

Thanks for sharing...good luck at the show

Very, very nice work, Marc! Like a lot the transitions and the overall tone. The groundwork complements very nice the whole composition! A real pleasure to watch! (y)
Cheers,
Zeno :)

I'm certain this will do very well at the Paris show. You've done a spectacular job on the painting and base work! (y)
