Mitchell Bust.

Here is the last bust (George Allen Mitchell) I was working on before taking a year and a half hiatus from painting.
Had the face completed, working on the uniform.
Any suggestions/comments welcomed.

So here is an update. Found the green was too green.

Nice start. Perhaps it is me, but are the highlights in the eyes not on the wrongside? the light is coming from the left (figures right), but the highlight in his eyeballs is on the other side.
Will appreciate anybody who can enlighten me a bit further.

I see what you are saying. I think the problem lies in the photo itself along with the shine I am getting from the paint. Working on that now.
