The Model Cellar would like to announce the release of it's Queen Victoria's Rifles bust in 1/9 scale.

here are 2 additional views:

...and some previews of two other pieces also by Carl. We will be releasing these after the New Year/early spring (in time for MFCA). Carl sculpted these about TWO YEARS AGO! They got put in the back in lieu of the French Tanker, the Molly Maguire bust, and some 1/32 and 1/48 Pilots by Mike Good. ...and they have been in our inventory ever since. The first is the bust Carl mentioned in his post of his wonderful 75mm Stretcher bearer. The other is a Captain - Gloucestershire Regiment getting ready to go "over the top ". Look for these early next year.

I love them all , especially the Officer , really looks like he is going over the top .... great sulpting on them all and I like the details of the trench on the base .

Nice painting by Dave on the QVR looking forward to seeing the others painted ....all that leather equiptment on the Officer ..lovely

Oh well thats another 3 for the GA ...ye hah !!!!!

Not my period but superb sculpting by Carl and Dave Maddox has created a most lifelike appearance with his painting-It could be mistaken for a photograph of a re-enactor.

I'm glad you like the pieces, it's been a long time sinse I made these... as Paul said about 2 years, in fact I think it's closer to 3.

Here are a few images of the master of the QVR piece.

I thought you might like them NAP, being a bust man, I'm a leg and butt man myself, :lol::lol::lol:
Mind you, to get your hands ona nice bust can keep you occupied for ages. :lol::lol::lol:
