I finished off the Mongol bust from Pegaso today, almost a year to the day that I started in this hobby. Thanks to everyone who took the time to comment on the progress, my painting has improved thanks to the support and guidance of my fellow planeteers.
All comments and critique are always welcome and I hope you like it.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Wow! It's a very fantastic work, Andrew.
The tone of the face is amazing.
The perfect fresh tone.
The atmosphere of the whole is very cool.
I think a gorgeous masterpiece.
I congratulate completion.

Great work, Andrew.
I love the whole piece, the flesh is wonderful and every other aspect works really well.
Well done indeed.

For 1 year into this hobby you have really got a hold on your skills, and are doing a fine job. The shading on the leathers and flesh is very well done. The only thing I would like to see is a bit more weathering or aging on the metals, but that is only my opinion.

WONDEFUL....You could feel the padding on the sides of the Helmet flaps....and the skin is superb as well as the rest of the materials.......and achive all this after one year painting only?....

G'day Andrew,

I've been painting figures for decades now and I'm in awe of how quickly you've developed and mastered your painting skills. You've come such a long way in such a very short period of time. Its scary to think what you will be doing 12 months from now!!

Keep up the great work.
