janus actually he is not a conversion 'cos the figure underneath is a casting of my own original made 4 years ago (boy how time flies)

The bear 'problem is caused by my love of model trains and doing Exhibition layouts in 1/48 scale ON30 (done 6 myself and helped 4 others (see current Narrow Gauge Down Under and the lift bridge article) -Friend asked Daughter -then 11 what would she like a layout to look like ad here words were - Bright - not dirt or dusty (aaagh) with green grass pretty building and teddy bears -see as I do 1/48 -i recrewed all my locos, and made about 100 pieces to go on the layout -sorry no photos before decent digi camera - started in January finished on the friday of the May Train show - caused a great stir and was well recieved by many- problem is I keep getting asked to show it again - have refused often but now I have finally given in and have agreed to display it at Ipswich Train Show.

Here are 2 shots taken when I was using it as a fiddle yard for my other layout
I know this is not figures but the figures are all sculpted
