As I suggested last week, the new releases are starting to come through quickly at the moment.
I was pleased to receive details from Blackdog about their February 2011 releases in 1/35 scale, and as we guessed they continue the Canadians in Afghanistan theme.
I'm particularly taken with the Leopard 2A6M conversion for the Trumpeter kit. Its a lot of resin, and will retail at about 66 euro's, but is an outstanding kit to go with the two canadian tank crew released in December.
The next releases are perhaps more predictable and focus on two Canadian infantrymen, with a third set that combines the two individual figures.
Its nice to see Canadian subjects, and I know from my email inbox that they are well received.
