First of all, to reinforce our earlier post. The 2018 AMFS Show WILL NOT be held in the Atlanta Marriott/Century City, Decatur.
The site for the 2018 Annual Show is the beautiful ATLANTA/MARIETTA CONFERENCE CENTER and HILTON HOTEL in Marietta, GA.
After a quick survey of the area of the new location, we are very happy to announce that we are very pleased and excited about this new site. The Conference Center is located at 500 Powder Springs Street, very near to the historic Marietta Square, home to many fine restaurants and shops. Additionally, we are less than three miles from Highway 41, once the major highway through this part of Georgia and crammed with many shopping and dining choices. Cumberland Mall lies only a short trip to the south and Town Center Mall and several surrounding shopping centers awaits 8 miles to the north. If you should arrive early, a mild day (or a cold one, if you are either tough or dedicated), would give you an opportunity to visit historic Kennesaw Mountain and its various historical sites. A few miles further north, in the small town of Kennesaw, visit the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, the home of "The General”, the objective of "The Great Locomotive Chase". Wildman's, the biggest little War House in Kennesaw" is located in the middle of town and is a possible stopping point as well.(Be forewarned about this one though, the owner, Dent Myers, is probably the closest thing to an "un-Reconstructed Rebel" as I have ever met. Leave your sensitivity, political correctness etc.... at the door. This could be a memorable visit or maybe one you should avoid

Overall, this may be one of the best sites we have ever used to host our Show and we are confident that all of our guests will find it to be extremely attractive.
