I got some problem fixing back the two guys together, even if I tried milion time the posture. So I built a new horse tail around the new support.

Luca, I love the animation of the piece, however you may want to check your references as the lancer's jackets were not long tailed coats. This is a dragoon jacket but the tails were the same for lancers.~Gary

Did you glue and print the figures (and horses) together?

Good point Gary.
I started this vignette inspired by the painting attached to this e-mail. Since the beginnig I was very focused on the artistic part of the job and tails added a lot of motion. They may be a little oversized, but when I have to decide what to do I opted for the effect seen inthe painting.
