Completed More Star Trek from Blackheart Models

The newest of Blackheart’s Star Trek busts! These are super casts of outstanding sculpts. Just a little clean up , primed with grey, then verdaccio undercoat, except for Balok’s puppet where I went right towards the final tones. The only modification made was the addition of the Red Cross pin to Nurse Chapel’s delta badge with a dab of green stuff. These almost paint themselves.

Great looking busts, Spoks' likeness is very good, memory of these episodes is poor so can't comment on the rest but I suspect they are just as good. Will be interesting watching these come together.

All the base colors are down, on to the details! I tried Scale 75’s new ‘Drop and Paint’ set on these and I’m a fan.

So close! Hopefully I’ll wrap these up tomorrow. Nap, a lot of airbrush on Chapel’s skin. I brushed in shadows and highlights then went back and smoothed the transitions over with the airbrush.
