Guy You have done a wonderful job on this bust, one of the best busts I have seen. The buckskins look real, any chance of a run down on your technique on doing buckskin.

Thanks for the feedback Don. The buckskins are done in enamels. The base coat is Floquil Khaki with the dark shading done with weathered black and the highlighting done with Khaki and a mix of a drop or two of white. The final weathered look is achieved with the technique of dry-brushing over the buckskins and fringe with a small flat edged brush using the pigment (semi dry) from a mix on the back of a business card of Khaki and white. Sometimes there is several dry-brushes done with each time lightening the color.
