A new release from Wee Friends Miniatures is a re-release from Pete Barnacle Miniatures and is cast from a white resin and comes in three separate parts.

Arriving in a sturdy cardboard box with the bust kit wrapped heavily in bubble-wrap. The three parts that make up the bust were sealed inside a zip-lok bag for security in transit.

Above you can see various views of every side of the Mountain showing the beautiful detail of the fur and the beaded pouch and beaded shirt.

Above you see the front and back of the optional feather that can be attached to the side of the hat.

A separate cast plinth is also supplied in the kit.

Conclusion:
An excellent detailed kit well casted. Some clean-up required prior to assembly. Excellent detailing. Highly recommended.

It's all yours.....periode of interest.
Have done a bust from Wee friends and the casting is as you said perfect....

Get the brushes out, make them wet and paint this gem.

A re-release by Wee Friends and I believe Guy was kind enough to offer his model for the box art.
I have had this figure in my hands and its super, very clear crisp casting, great use of fur and just a mountain man to a "T".
Very nice bust indeed.

Thanks for all the great open box reviews you do for Planet Guy. Makes picking a figure/bust just that much easier for us.

I'm not sure whether this is the right place, but I have just finished this bust.

Completely painted in acrylic.

It should be in Vbench or painting, but wherever you put it it is still a lovely paint job. I do like the face and your job on the fur is super.
