Never mind...I just saw the official title: Mounted or With Mount. Moot question now.
What if he's got one foot in the stirrup, the other off the ground but not over... sorta mid-mount... what about then? Hmm? What then? I gotta know?
What do ya got to say about that Roger?
I'm so confused
Colin

In response to Colin's question.Nothing confusing about it Colin, both feet off the deck = mounted, one or both feet on the deck = dismounted.... so there you have it!
In response to Colin's question.
He would neither be mounted or dismounted he would be in the process of mounting. If getting off his horse he would be dismounting.Sorry about that Roger,Just me having a pedantic moment.
Cheers
Ralph.
