Interesting thoughts! ... it would seem equal preferences, (with 90mm having a slight edge), with the two scales, with a awkward 75mm thrown in for good measure.

I agree the costing of an all, 'White Metal', would be a very expensive production, and I also agree that such figures are prone to collapse. Saying that, I have no issues 'Resin' either!,.. as Both, Alan Ball, and Richard Bailey are producing 90mm resin, with white metal parts, in 90mm for Bonapartes! and have an extensive range! .both mounted and on foot! ... But the mounted figures are dominated by the French cavalry, bar one, a, RHA, figure!
Pretty much all of the mounted pieces, that I have are in white metal, Pegaso, Andrea, Poste-Militaire, ... However, I am expecting a Resin figure through today! so I am keen on looking at the difference if any!..

bar the weight, I am expecting very little difference in detail.
