Hello Guys,

I was able to finished this great figure from Sergey Slobov from Author Sculpt.
It is a very crispy casted Resin Figure with great details. I never have painted a figure with so much thinny details. I must admit that it was a great joy to paint.
Hope you can give some positive comments so that i can learn. I spotted some grey on the back of the horse, it's just dust.

Marc,
Beautiful painted figure, for me one of your best!
Great work on all the details and contrast is spot on.
The wood could use a bit more contrast to accentuate the nerves a bit more.

Cheers,
Marcel.

WOW!!!!........awesome work Marc. I agree with Marcel......your best to date. I looked over the photos as I saved them to my file on this figure and could not find anything to critique you on. Beautiful beautiful work my friend.

Did painting this subject, the American Mountain Man, get you interested any in their history? I have just received the 75mm Foot Mountain Man from Sergey and will be doing a review on it next week. You'll like it.

Marcel,
It is not wood, its skin what the trapper let dry on this circles.

Carl,and Dave,
