Thanks God we got rid of him. There was no other option. Had to go. What a disaster of an appointment. The only thing that kept him in this long as that fact that Sir Alex so publicly appointed him. If it wasn't for that, he'd have been gone in January.

I've said before today, I reckon Sir Alex saw the writing on the wall and got out whilst he could and still look good. I reckon he'd have gone 12 months earlier ad citeh not won the title in 2012.

Gellso is spot on. It's not the 1980s anymore, such are the vast sums at stake, managers don't get 3-odd years, mearer 3 months...

90% of United players have to have a long look at themselves. They say Moyes had lost the dressing room, two players aside, I don't think he ever had it. Thing is, you can't sack 24 players, but you can sack one manager.

After getting rid of Mike Phelan & Rene Meulensteen he had shot himself right in the foot bigtime.

These players who command obscene salaries ought to look at the them selfs not a big football fan but when you look at the combined salaries of the team then all the other people involved that is more than the gross national profit of some third world counties , what a strange world we live in that for sure
My Mrs just had a life changing operation 2 days ago thank you DR Luqa ,I don't think for one moment he is on the that sort of salary , they should get Warren Gattling in he would sort out the winging egos that seems to be so sadly prevalent in what used to be the beautiful game

I thought he was an excellent manager for us and did a great job on a tight budget. I think its terrible how hes been treat while at united, the hand over he got off Fergie was terrible. Half the players look like the should have a bus pass.
