Just spoke to the hospital staff on the ward , he is now a bust!....

Op went okay now annoying the nursing staff ...should be all being well moved to a recovery ward in the next day or so .

Hi Guys ,

Bit of an update ...Jim has been moved to the recovery ward now ...still feels like c*%p , they had to go in from his left side , collapse the lung to get access ...Ouch !

At least it's sorted ...reckon he is desperate to get out though ...slowly does it I have told him ...loads of physio after as well ........

He is sulking as no resin has passed his hands ! ...so I sent him a picture of one of mine ...all heart eh!

Pleased to say though that his wallet is doing well

Yaaay good news of a sort really, sounds like the Op was a success .
He will feel like he has done a few rounds in the ring I suppose,
So I guess they have to make aure he's properly stabilised before they let him home.

Update ,

Jimbo is " hoping" to be out this weekend depending on the doctors of course ...regent it's plenty of physio and a gradual walk every now and then ...building up to putting he own socks on!

In his words..he has had his fill of hospitals ...bless him

Jimbo is out of hospital though Heavan knows how he fitted along the escape tunnel !!!!

Bruised and sore but it's the road to recovery for this young man ....

STOP PRESS...he has a box of biccies sent for me from Peedee ...cheers mate ...I have given James the thumbs up to lick any chocolate off

Family all scheduled to visit so I hope to be annoying him next week sometime

I'm a bit late in coming back on this one guys but I'd just like to say a really big thank you for all the kind words and good wishes you have sent me, it's been a rough 5 months since this "thing" hit me back in August but I'm now finally home from hospital and beginning to recover, got to teach my legs to walk in a normal gait again and I feel like I've been run over by a Tiger tank but at least I'm still breathing which is always a bonus, So onward & upwards , hope to catch up with some of you at one of the shows ...sooner rather then later

Ha! the only naked women I got to carry over my shoulder were right smelly old growler's in the middle of the night..in fact they were more like bearded tattooed Trolls rather then members of the fairer sex
