Above you see the container opened and in the second photo a small amount was applied to the card with an artist trowel. Drying time was minutes as the product is acrylic based.

From Reality in Scale:

Mud-in-a-Pot is a great new product from Reality in Scale. It is a medium thick miniature mud that can be used straight from the pot and gives a super realistic looking, finely textured mud to be used on vehicles, figures, groundwork etc. Mud-in-a-Pot has been developed using only the highest quality raw materials, including Winsor & Newton paints. Mud-in-a-Pot is acrylic based and can be mixed with any acrylic paint and thinned with water. It is sold in handy pots with screw lid which makes it very easy to use. Each pot contains 20ml which is 20% more than for instance a Vallejo paint bottle. Just give this great new product a try, you won't be dissapointed!
Mud-in-a-Pot is available in 4 different shades of muddy brown in the variants:
-Dry Mud
-Dry Mud & Grass
-Dry Mud & Foilage Debris

Conclusion:
An excellent product to add realism to your figure and scene. I shall be ordering the other colors for my own use. Highly recommended.

These sorts of products are an interesting addition to the modellers arsenal but I worry that we're going a little too far. If the newbie gets the impression that you have to buy mud it doesn't do them any favours, when it's SO easy to make from scratch, in any colour one wants, with different grit sizes to match various scales, can also be made to dry glossy or matt as well as made very thick and opaque or watery and transparent.
