Just new you were a Floydie

Ok!! Here it is my type of thing. If it's music i'm in to. In fact it was the reason that I change my workbench from a room almost exclusive to the hobby to my bedroom, where I have my computer with the speakers and all the music in the world in front of me.
Well I'm only 21 but my top favourite band, the one that I think it is the greatest walking on earth ever since god, or whatever you believe in created our planet, it is Pink Floyd!
Right after I have Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Led Zepplin, Frank Zappa, Hendrix, Doors, Rolling Stones, Dylan Neil Young, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Joni Mitchell and some more I can't recall right now. . .

So music is not only in my workbench, but makes part of my pauses in the hobby or even in the study, to pick up my guitar and make some noise.
I see good taste in music around here, just another reason to keep the forum's page open as long as the computer is on.

Cheers

Yes Ron, Sure am, have everything they have ever done and seen most of the tribute bands as well. Saw a good one last month at Norwich Theatre, was like going to see Pink Floyd note for note.

The Aussie one played for D Gilmour at his birthday party thats how good they are,saw Floyds very last concert about 15 years ago at Earls Court, Mind blowing< I think i was deaf for two days after.:)

Can't work in silence, but don't have the attention span to work with a movie going in the background. Pretty eclectic music, really love The Ataris, Alkaline Trio, Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls, Third Eye Blind, Dropkick Murphys, Matt Nathanson, Placebo, Gaslight Anthem, The Decemberists, Death Cab For Cutie, Saxon Shore, Mogwai, Passion Pit, Counting Crows, Bruce Springsteen, and random others here and there.

Interesting thread. For me it depends, any thing from the Corries, to Greenday, Pipe Bands to Rock. usually the CD in the player stays on all day and I just keep hitting replay. Must remember to change them more often and lower the volume as her who must be obeyed prefers things a bit more quiet.

Cheers
Ian
