Hiho!
I think for all non germans this is pretty hard to understand. Let me tell you even for a german like me this awesome austrian musician is truely hard to understand
I have been on a concert of him yesterday and it was a lot of fun, even I mostly didn't get a word at all
In fact I can tell you somthing about the refrain ... in "german" it is:
"Jeder woass, dass a
Geld nit auf da wiesen wachst
Und essen kann ma's a nit
Aber brenna tat's guat!"
In english it means like:
"Everybody knows that
the money is not growing in the meadow
and you can not eat it too
but it burns pretty well!"
